15th June 2025 Hiking - Walking: Falkenham circuit. Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Light winds Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny periods Max Speed: Distance Covered: Sunday 15th June - walk *** – Falkenham circuit – sunny periods with light winds. Being Fathers day we had a morning video call from our son Robert and Grandson Arlo who live in Devon now and with our other Son Dan coming over late afternoon with Jay and Maeva we had a fairly easy day. Exercises in the garden before I packed a picnic and we drove over to Falkenham Church to enjoy the peace and quiet spotting a Red Kite and then a pair of buzzards flying over us while we had lunch! We could not face our usual longer walk so just did a quick circuit near the church before heading for home. We had a lovely evening with the family apart from when out son Dan had to go home for grocery delivery only to discover a leaky radieter, luckily the plumber fitting them a new bathroom came out late to fix it!
